About the Recipe
To make this appetizer in advance, whip the cheese and spoon it into an airtight container. Refrigerate for 1-2 days. About 30 minutes before serving, bring the cheese to room temp. Then, spread it into a serving bowl and add the toppings!
If you don’t have a food processor, it’s totally fine. You don’t need one! Just use a hand mixer or stand mixer instead. Break the cheese up with the beaters on low until the mixture is nice and creamy. Then, turn the speed up and whip the cheese for 1-2 minutes until it’s fluffy like a cloud!
There’s all kinds of goat cheese but for this recipe, you need chèvre because it’s soft and crumbly. Other types won’t give you the creamy, airy texture we’re going for.
